OBJECTIVE:  Let's say that SpaceX is getting ready to send a crew of 25 to Mars on a Starship rocket. They would have already selected a place on Mars for that ship to land.

Additionally, they would have sent ahead a number of cargo or supply rockets to that base ahead of time to ensure there were enough supplies already there before humans got there.

How many 'cargo' or 'supply' rockets do you suppose they would have ALREADY sent to that Martian base?

How could one or more of those Starships provide an essential source of POWER?
